HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 9104391 11.4 K"i 0 C C I W 11 • 1 mi Evill a 11 1 1 K-1 ej H By V41 IWO KOMI "M WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the importance and value of the communi gervice activities performed by the youth and sponsors of Boy Scout programs; and, WHEREAS, the City Council also recognizes the importance of an adequate meeting facility for the staging of Boy Scout events and programs; and, f1- WHEREAS, the City Council has found that this action implements the Recreation and Cultural' Affairs Policy 1, which states- "The City shall encourage all citizens to actively participate in community -wide social, cultural and recreational activities;" and, WHEREAS, the City Council has found that this action is not inconsistent or in conflict with any other Century Plan Policies, as required by Section 2.03 of the Administrative Chapter of the Policy Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, THAT: .
