attest thereto a contract, by letter of agreement per the approved general
engineering services • '• Engineering, Inc. for-
• the overhead electrical distribution fe-a- s •n, associated with the
Airport Run Way Extension Project, in an amount not to exceed $12,500.00, on
behalf of the City of ,o ..,•
That 90% of the funding for these services will be refunded by the Federal
Aviation Administration., and this resolution shall be effective immediately upon
adoption. .
