WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown, Texas is the major collector of
wastewater within its corporate limits, and Steger and i
izzell Engineers Inc.,

WHEREAS, the City Council finds that safe and efficient collection 0'"
wastewater is essential to the operation of the City's Public Utilities Division; an
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that this action implements [Econom
Development Policy 11 of the Century Plan - Policy Plan Element, and is n]

required by Section 2.03 of the Administrative Chapter of the Policy Plan;
NOW$ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
GEORGETOWN, i. THAT:

That the funding source for these services shall be from Wastewater Capital
Projects, Account No. 06-04-00-5092 in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00, and
this resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
