WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown, Texas ("City") seeks to
promote tourism, convention activity and historical and cultural
activity within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Georgetown Pilots Auxiliary Association is
sponsoring the 5th AnnualStatic Display Air Show on
1991 and
WHEREAS, the Georgetown Pilots Auxary Association has
proven their ability to sponsor this event; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into a Contract with the
Georgetown Pilots Auxiliary Association to provide a loan for the
funding of promotion and advertising for this event, to be funded
out of hotel/motel tax funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS.
The City approves the Funding Agreement, for a loan only, with the
Georgetown Pilots Auxiliary Association, sponsors of the 5th Annual
Fly -In & Static Display Air Show, May 4 & 5, 1991, to assist in thiv.
promotion and advertising of the Air Show event.

The Mayor is authorized to execute the Funding Agreement and the
City Secretary to attest thereto.
