WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown has engaged the firm of Lloyd, Gosselink, Ryan
& Fowler, P.C., *in the City's application for a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity for
water supply; and-,
WHEREAS, it was previously believed that the cost of such legal representation would
not exceed $5,000, but it is now estimated to not exceed $10,OW.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas, that:
The City Council finds that the recitals set forth above are true and correct and are
adopted herein verbatim as if fully set forth at length.
The City Council approves the expenditure of $10,000.00 for the services provided by
the firms of Lloyd, Gosselink, Ryan & Fowler, P.C. to be paid from Utility Fund
Administration "Special Services and Legal", 02-02-00-5053.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute this resolution and the Deputy City Secretai
to attest.
