A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN AUTHORIZING A BUDGET TRANSFER IN THE
UTILITY FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown has issued $2,300,000 Utility System Revenue
Bonds, Series 1991 ("Bonds"), and

WHEREAS, the Ordinance providing for such issuance requires a transfer in the amount
of $1,570.83 monthly beginning February 10, 1991, from the Utility Fund to the Reserve Fund
for bonds for a total of 60 months; and
WHEREAS, the required transfer has not otherwise been budgeted for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas, that-

The City Council of the City of Georgetown hereby authorizes a budget transfer for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 1991, in the amount of $12,566.64 from Utility Fund account
"Special Services and Legal" 02-05-00-5053 (Utility Contracts Department) to "Transfer Out,
Debt Service" 02-01-00-5000.
