J NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TUE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, THAT: SEMON 1 The facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this resolution aa9- hereby found and declared to be true and correct, and are incorporated by reference herein afl expressly made a part hereof, as if copied verbatim. The City Council hereby finds that thl resolution implements Housing Policy #1 of the Century Plan - Policy Plan Element, whi states: "The City will work with builders, developers, and property owners to provide safe a 4 adequate housing opportuities for all households"; and further finds that the adoption of thi resolution is not inconsistent or in conflict with any other Century Plan Policies, as required Section 2.03 of the Administrative Chapter of the Policy Plan. SEMON 2. BE IT RESOLVED that the attached statement, titiled "1992 HO Program Guildelines", shall be established as the official policy of the City, and shall guide t, implementation of rehabilitation and reconstruction activities under the City's HONIE Progra, until such time as they may be amended or deleted by the City Council.
