WIMREAS ' the City Council levied an assessment against Snyder Addition, Part of Blo
3 and against the real and true owner of said property to due and payable in four years-
WIJEREAS, the City of Georgetown has no financial records dating back to 1926,
WHEREAS, the City Council, after hearing the request and finding the specific facts -
stated above, now concludes that Lessie Lou Cole be released from the special assessment fie
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF
CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, THAT:

The facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this resolution are hereby found a
declared to be true and correct, and are incorporated by reference herein and expressly made
part hereof, as if copied verbatim. The City Council hereby finds that this resolution implemen
