hereby found and declared to be true and correct, and are incorporated by reference herein and
expressly made a part hereof, as if copied verbatim. The City Council hereby finds that this

SECTION 3. The City hereby waives it right and requirement to furnish provere
valuation to the State and requests the State to furnish such values for acquisition purposes
at the State's expense. i
SECTION 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Secretary to attest
thereto an agreement with Texas Department of Transportation on behalf of the City olll
Georgetown.
SECTION 5. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
