WAEREAS, the City is assessed the pro -rated cost of the operation of th-
Williamson Central Appraisal District, as provided for and required by State Law. I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this resoluti
are hereby found and declared to be true and correct, and are incorporated by referen
herein and expressly made a part hereof, as if copied verbatim. The City Council here
finds that this resolution complies with the Vision Statement of the City of Georgeto
2030 Comprehensive Plan. I
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Georgetown hereby approves payment
of the City's pro -rated portion of the cost of operation of the Williamson Central Appraisal
District, as provided for and required by State Law.
