percentage in the budget. Mayor concluded and reviewed the next steps in the budget process.
D Annual City Council Training including the following topics: Open Meetings Act, Public Information Act, State
Conflict of Interest Laws, City Ethics Ordinance, LGC Chapter 176 Disclosure and City Governance Policy --

policy for the Council. Eason spoke about how, in her opinion, the most important part of the policy was what it
says about Council's relations with staff, There were many questions and much discussion.
