7th St., Georgetown, Texas

would save the city money in the budget. There was much discussion about the proposed city contribution to
TIVIRS. Rundell said there is an item on the regular agenda to talk about the tax rate. She said there is a
meeting scheduled for Tuesday night to finalize that amount.

B Review/Discuss Georgetown Fire Department Medical Services Program -- John Sullivan, Fire Chief
Staff presentation and overview of the HillwoodMolf Ranch residential development project, including significant
deal points included in the Development Agreement, the 552 Financing Agreement, and the MUD Consent
Agreement, related to development standards and obligations, infrastructure construction commitments, and
property tax financing -- Paul E. Brandenburg, City Manager
Brandenburg introduced the item for Council and the status of this project thus far. He spoke about the work the
staff and the Hillwood group put into this project. He described the various agreements the city is working on in
*rder for this project to come to fruition.
