WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown did enter into a Lease Agreement for 44,000
square - of Airport•r- Don C. Pfiester effective June 1, 1996;

WHEREAS,Don C. Pfiester desires to transfer and assign said Lease to EnergyPro,

WHEREAS,the Council findsLease 1 • the best interests
of the development of the Georgetown Municipal Airport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C111
OF GEORGETOWN,TEXAS,
SECTION 1: The facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this resolutiol
are hereby found and declared to be true and correct, and are incorporated by referen
herein and expressly made a part hereof, as if copied verbatim. The City Council finds th".
this resolution implements Facilities & Services Policy #1 of the Century Plan Policy PI
Element, which states, "The City will endeavor to increase the quality of life through t
upgrading of existing facilities and services and the provision of new services to meet t
specific needs of the community"; and further finds that the adoption of this resolution,
not inconsistent or in conflict with any other Century Plan Policies, as required by Secti
2.03 of - Administrative Chapterof • l Plan.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Secretary to
attest thereto the Lease Assignment between Don C. Pfiester (Assignor) and EnergyPro,
Inc. (Assignee), on behalf of the City of Georgetown.
