WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and approves a design modification for
Advance Metal Services from:
Two ten -foot inlets to one ten -foot inlet and one five -foot inlet for
stormwater drainage;
100 I.f. of pipe to 810 I.f. of pipe for stormwater drainage; and
34,000 cu. ft. of concrete to no concrete for the detention pond.
NOW, THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
*F GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this resolution
are hereby found and declared to be true and correct, and are incorporated by reference
herein and expressly made a part hereof, as if copied verbatim. The City Council hereby
finds that this resolution implements the following policies of the Century Plan - Policy Plan
Element:
1. Economic Development Policy End 1.0, which states: "Georgetown's
economy is self - sustaining through diversified growth, a broad tax base with minimal
impact from economic fluctuation, enhanced business opportunity and job creation ";
2. Growth & Physical Development Policy End 7.0 which states: "Georgetown's
land uses support economic, cultural and social activities for all residents, businesses and
organizations; and the City's development process encourages new and infill
development."
SECTION 2. The Mayor, City Manager, or Assistant City Manager are hereby
authorized to execute, and the City Secretary to attest thereto, this amendment and
otherwise act on the City's behalf in all matters pertaining to the submission of this
amendment.

SECTION 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
