PUBLIC BEARING ON THE LEVYING OF ASSESSMENTS FOR 20.18
ACRES WITHIN THE GEORGETOWN VILLAGE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT # 1, AND AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION
OF NOTICE OF SAID HEARING.
WHEREAS, on May 8, 2001, the City of Georgetown included
20.18 acres within the Georgetown Village Public Improvement
District #1; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to call a public hearing to levy
assessments on said 20.18 acres; Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,

That a public hearing on the levy of assessments on 20.18
acres within the Georgetown Village Public Improvement District #1
shall be held before the City Council of the City of Georgetown,
Texas on the 12th day of June, 2001 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers at 609 Main Street, Georgetown, Texas, 78626.
Ii.
That the City Secretary is directed to give proper notice of
the hearing as required by Section 372.009 of the Local Government
Code.
