A Call to Order
A MEETING OF THE AD HOC COMMITTEE REGARDING CITY COUNCILISTAFF RELATIONS
Hellman called the meeting to order at approximately 1:10 PM.
B Review and make recommendations related to a Governance Policy with regard to the working relations between
City Council and City Staff
The Committee reviewed a Memo from the City Manager to the Mayor and City Council dated April 17, 2012
advising of the meeting and requesting additional items, if any, for review and discussion. Attachments to the
Memo included a copy of Council Resolution 940125-UU adopting governance policies. After review and
discussion the Committee directed the City Attorney and City Manager to revise the existing governance policy
with the Committee's recommendations to date. The Committee will meet again to finalize and approve the
revisions before presenting its report to Council.
The Meeting adjourned at approximately 2:30 PM.
