A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas,
Authorizing the Nomination of Candidates for Membership on the
Williamson Central Appraisal District Board of Directors.
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown is a taxing entity located within Williamson
County; and
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown has been asked by the Williamson Central
Appraisal District to nominate candidates for membership on the Williamson Central
Appraisal District Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this resolution
are hereby found and declared to be true and correct, and are incorporated by reference
herein and expressly made a part hereof, as if copied verbatim.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas hereby nominates:
Harry Gibbs and Deborah Hunt to stand as candidates for election to the Williamson
Central Appraisal District Board of Directors.
SECTION 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Secretary to
attest thereto this resolution on behalf of the City of Georgetown.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
