ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGS-17 THE "ZONING ORDINANCE"
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, ON THE 12TH DAY OF
FEBRUARY; 1968, AMENDING A PART OF THE ZONING
DISTRICT MAP OF THE ORIGINAL ORDINANCE: TO
CHANGE THE PROPERTY OF Smith Branch Park Sub-
division IN THE William Addison SURVEY ABSTRACT
KO. 21 IN THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, FROM Resident-
ial Sin le Family DISTRICT TO RM -1 Residential
Multi -Family DISTRICT WITH THE RESTRICTIONS
ON USE AS APPEAR ON SUCH PLAT,
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council
for the purpose of changing the zoning ordinance on the follow-
ing described real estate;
Block "A" Lots 4-12
Block "G°' Lots 1-12
Block "D'° Lot 1 of Smith Branch Park
Subdivision as recorded in Cabinet E
Slide 398-399 of the..plat records of
Williamson County, Texas
more fully described on attached Exhibit "A"
which is a part hereof, and with the use limits
that appear on the Plat.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council, has submitted the proposed
change in the Zoning Ordinance to the City Planning Commis
for its recommendation and report; and, sion
WHEREAS, the City Council, before adopting this amendment
to the Zoning Ordinance, gave notice of such hearing b

same in a weekly newspaper in the City of Georgetown, Texas�1shing which
notice stated the time and place of hearing and which time was not
earlier than fifteen days from the fi
and, rst day of such publication;
WHEREAS, written notice as given to all the owners of the lots
within 200 feet of the above described property as required by
law; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended the
changing of said Zoning Ordinance on the above described property
from Residential Single Family R -S District to RM -1 Residential
Multi Family District and with the land use limits that appear
such Plat which said meeting was held on the 14th day of March, on
1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Georgetown, Texas, that the Zoning Ordinance, and the
Zoning Map of the City of Georgetown, be amended so that the
property described above shall be and the same is hereby .m
from R -S Residential Single Famil District to RM -1 Residential
Multi -Family District and with the land use
on such Plat, limits that appear
Read, passed and adopted this 26th day of March, 1985,
