AN ORDINANCE CONDITIONALLY AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, ON THE 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1968,
AMENDING A PART OF THE MAP OF THE ORIGINAL ORDINANCE:
TO CHANGE THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED FROM RS RESIDENTIAL
SINGLE FAMILY, TO C-1 AND WITH USE REGULATIONS AS HEREIN
SET FORTH.
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council
for the purpose of changing the zoning ordinance on the following
described real estate:
BEING Lot 16, Block "G" of San Gabriel Heights Section
Five subdivision as recorded in Cabinet C, Slides 385-389
of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas.
BEING that tract shown as "Proposed C-1 District on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
WHEREAS, the applicant for such zoning change has requested
of said City that such change of zoning be made conditioned on
use of said tract only for:
Offices and office building support facilities (subject
to Building Code limitations).
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has met and approved
the changing of said zoning ordinance on the above described
property from RS Residential Single Family, to C-1 which said
meeting was held on the 4th day of December, 1984; and
WHEREAS, written notice was given to all of the owners of
the lots within two hundred (200) feet of the above described
property as required by law; and
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of December, 1984, the Planning and
Zoning Commission recommended approval of the requested change
by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Georgetown that the zoning ordinance and the zoning map
of the City of Georgetown, be amended so that the property de-
scribed above shall be and the same is hereby removed from RS
Residential Single Family to C-1, subject to the condition
evidenced by the supplemental application executed by San Gabriel
Square Partnerships dated the day of , 1985, which
is to be recorded in the Official Records of Williamson County,
Texas, for notice purposes. Said conditions being that if said
tract of land described above ever is used for any purpose except°
Offices and office building support facilities (subject
to Building Code limitations).
and that no structure shall be built upon said tract to exceed
two stories or 25 feet in height, and that no structure shall be
constructed within the 25' Building Setback Line as shown on the
recorded plat, then, such zoning shall ipso facto revert to the
former zoning of RS Residential Single Family without the necessity
of any action by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Georgetown, and accordingly the zoning ordinance and zoning
may designate same.

on the first reading.
