W1iLREAS, an application has been made to the City Council for the purpose of
changing the zoning ordinance on the following described real estate:

Five Subdivision as recorded in Cabinet C, Slides 385-389
of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas: Block "A",
Lot 1: Block "F", Lots 1 & 28; Block "G", Lots 1, 14 14 & 15;
more fully described in attached Exhibit "A".
AND hTLEREAS, the City Council has suhutted the proposed change in the Zoning
Ordinance to the City Planning Comussion for its recornendation and report; and,
W1iERFA% the City Council, before adopting this amendment to the Zoning Ordinance;
gave notice of such hearing by publishing same in a weekly newspaper in the City of
Georgetawr4 Texa$ which notice stated the tune and place of hearing and which tum
was not earlier than fifteen days frcm the first day of such publication; and,
WHEREAS, written notice as given to all the owners of the lots within 200 feet
of the above described property as required by law; ands
WIMRMS, the City Planning Cmuission has reccrtroended the changing of said Zoning
Ordinance on the above described property frim R -S Residential Single Family
District to RM -1 Multi Family Distrlict
which sWid meeting was held on the 4th day of DeZWMF 19 84 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OFX A= by the City Council of the City of Georgetowmr
Texas, that the Zoning Ordinance, and the Zoning Map of the City of George-ta-,4 be,
amended so that the property describ*-,3 above shall be and the same is hereby removed
frau R -S Residential Single Family District to RM -1
Multi -Family District.
