BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
WBER-EAS, an application has been made to the City Council for the purpose of
changing the zoning ordinance an the following described real estate:

AND WHEREAS, the City Counc�,.l has submitted the proposed change in the Zoning
Ord*�.ance to the pity Plann�.ng Commission for its recommendation and report,
and,,
WHEREAS, the City Council, before adapting this amendment to the Zoning
Ordinanc'e,of nod �� � such hearing by publishing same in a weedy newspaper
in the City of Georgetown,, Texas, which notice stated the time and peace of
hearing and which time was not earlier than f if teen 'days from the first day
of such publication, and,
WIEEREAS, written notice was given to all the owners of the lots within 200 feet
of the above described property as required by law; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recomanended the changing of said
ZonOrdinance theaaovecxe� ap��f��� �i� F�miiiv
District to C2"A Commercial First Hei District
which said meeting was held. on the day of _ 19 0
NOW,, THEREFORE,, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown,,
Texas., that the Zoning Ordinance, and the Zoning Map of the City of Georgetown,
be amended so that the property described above shall be and -the same is hereby
removed from RoaS Single Famil, District to C2"A Commercial First Height
District.
