GEORGETOWN TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY A DEED O
CONVEYANCE CONVEYING THE CITY'S INTEREST AND
CERTAIN EASEMENTS TO THE STATE OF l DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of o • ,. vested
certain easements created for the installation and maintenance o
roads and utilities which border RM 2243, located in the Cleme*
Stubblefield Survey, Williamson County, Texas; an*
WHEREAS, such easements were granted to the City by the
owners of the land in the past; and
WHEREAS, in order to complete the vesting of title in the
State of Texas of such easements so that bads may be let and the
road widening of RM 2243 may proceed, it is necessary and
expedient for such easement rights to be conveyed by said City to
the State,
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS,
That the Mayor of the City of Georgetown on behalf of said
City execute that certain instrument of conveyance • ..
