WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Georgetown to bring to the City of
Georgetown's personnel management a high degree of understanding, cooperation,
efficiency, and unity through systematic, uniform application of sound personnel
practices; and

1986, which

ordinance.

Policy
in a

changes as may be necessary

distribution
of said Policy;
provided,
however,
that
the City
Manager
shall
not
be
authorized to make any
substantive
changes in
the Personnel
Policy.
The invalidity
of any
section
or
provision of
this
Personnel
Policy
shall
not invalidate
other sections
or provisions
thereof.
All
ordinances,
parts of
ordinances,
or
resolutions
in
conflict
herewith
are expressly
repealed.
