AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
23-1 RATES AND CHARGES
FOR CITY
SERVICE —SCHEDULES SUBSECTION
and orders heretofore

GEORGETOWN
ELECTRIC SYSTEMS; REPEALING ALL OTHER
CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY
SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION I. That section 23-1 Rates and charges for city service -
Schedules subsection (A) is hereby amended to establish, levy,
fix, and prescribe the rates for the sales made of services
rendered by the City of Georgetown Electric Systems for
residential service class, small general service class, church
service class, school service class, large general service class,
guard light rate, Southwestern University rate, fuel adjustment
recovery rate and power cost adjustment rate by replacing
subparagraphs (1) through (9) with attachments I through III
attached hereto. That all charges for miscellaneous services,
wherever they appear in such section, for new account charge,
returned check, late payment, collection charge, field collection
charge, disconnect service for delinquent bill, reconnect charge
and theft of service be replaced by attachment IV attached
hereto.

The current fixed fuel cost per kilowatt-hour applied by LCRA to
the City of Georgetown is $0.02097 per kwh. With losses, the
current fuel cost recovery factor (FF)= $0.02338.
