HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 870374.00C - ANX of 63.4 Acres)RDINANCE NUMBER: 870374.00C AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CERTAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, AND THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING OF: 63.4 ACRES INCLUDING A PORTION OF BERRY CREEK; WHICH SAID TERRITORY LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LIMIT OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS AND NOT BEING PART OF ANY INCORPORATED AREA; PROVIDING FOR SERVICE PLANS, AND CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
