AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, SECTION
2-10, ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISIONS AND DEPARTMENTS; PROVIDING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR EMERGENCY ADOPTION; AND
SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN:
SECTION 1. That the City of Georgetown Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2,
Administration, Section 2-10, Administrative divisions and departments, be
hereby amended to read as follows:
(1 ) Community Services Division:

SECTION 2. If any
Ordinance shall
not affect the validity

SECTION 3. The City Council hereby finds that a necessity exists for the
immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of
Georgetown, Texas, for the ii,imediate reorganization of the Cit;T of
Georgetown's Administrative Organization.
SECTION

ordinance shall become
effective upon adoption by the
Council
of
the
City of Georgetown, Texas.
