City the City of Georgetown, Texas, hereby finds that • necessity exists foro »•' of t speed limits in the area along certain portions of FM 2243 of said City as hereinafter described, SECTION I SPEED ZONE It is hereby determined i o I n the basisof g t i traffic investigation that the prima facie maximum speed limit on those portions of FM " routed in the city limits of Georgetown,• • i , which prima facie maximum speed limit shall be effective at all times and signs will be erected giving notice of the prima facie maximum speed limit so declared FOR WESTBOUND TRAFFIC. Beginning a milepoint 21.286 (Loop 418) to the city limit of Georgetown at milepoint 20.940, a distance of 0.346 miles, a prima facie maximum speed limit of 40 miles per hour.
