THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
THAT.
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 870117.022 and Section 22- 42 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to read.
Section 22-2. One and Two Hour zones.
(a) One Hour Zones.

inclusive, it shall be unlawful for any person to leave
standing or parked, any vehicle for a period of more than one

continuously parked in such zones shall constitute a separate

SECTION 2. If any section: paragraph, clause, phrase, or provision of this
Ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or held unconstitutional, the same shall. not,
affect the validity of this Ordinance as a whale or any part or provision
thereof ether than the pert so declared to be invalid or unconstitutional,
Charter of the City.
