NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, thatit
Section I ,
The City Council of the City of Georgetown, a hereby finds

PROCEDURE,
In the event two or more applicants simultaneously contact the
designated City agent in order to reserve the Community Center
for the same future day (one year in advance), said agent will

above referenced time parameters. Each caller's name or
affiliation will be written on individual pieces of paper of
the same approximate size and each considered an applicant.

benefit of direct
sight, a
designated
City staff member

remove one (1) of
the

referenced
pieces of paper.
The applicant name or affiliation recorded on the piece o
paper removed rom the container is the Successful applicant.
The designated City -t member will endecavor to notify all
applicants of the lottery results.
The designated Cite staff member will then implement the
remainder of the estab ished Community Center rental
reservation procedure as appropriate and applicable.
Ani. deviations from the above procedure shall require
authorization from the City Manager.
