All above referenced pieces of paper will be pLaced into a suitable, opaque container with sides and bottom. . In the presence of at least two 3 witnesses and without the benefit of direct sight, a designated City staff member ill remove one (1) of the above referenced pieces of paper. The applicant name or affiliation recorded on the piece o paper removed rom the container is the Successful applicant. The designated City -t member will endecavor to notify all applicants of the lottery results. The designated Cite staff member will then implement the remainder of the estab ished Community Center rental reservation procedure as appropriate and applicable.
