AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SEC. 16-26 "HOURS OF OPERATION"
AND SEC. 16-27 "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES" OF CHAPTER 16,
ARTICLE II. AUTOMATIC AMUSEMENT DEVICES OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN AND SETTING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the
City of
Georgetown, Texas,
deems it necessary and proper
to repeal
Sec.
16-26, "Hours of
Operation", and Sec. 16-27,
"Alcoholic
Beverages", of Chapter 16,
"Occupational Licenses, Taxes
and Regulations",
in
of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of
Georgetown,
Texas,
in their entirety;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, that:
SECTION I.
The City Council

or inconsistent with the terms, conditions, or provisions of this
ordinance, then the same is hereby repealed to the extent of any
conflict or inconsistency.
SECTION V.
This repeal ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage and second reading of the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas.
