An addition increases the Enflite facility from 20,000 square feet to 38,000. Enflite anticipates adding approxi- mately 70 people to its current workforce of 84 employees. Enflite produces cabin accessories for first-class jets, including tables, lifts, doors, and appliances. Their components can be found in Air Force One and Two and in the plane of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The company outsources more than $4 million dollars of machine part production to local companies each year. Ninety-eight percent of Enflite’s vendors are within a 50- mile radius of Georgetown. “Your economic impact on Georgetown goes beyond your own offices,” said Mayor George Garver during a tour of the facility. Enflite’s recent expansion was linked to an incentive agreement though the Georgetown Economic Development Corporation, which is the City’s 4A board. Enflite’s $144,000 incentive was the result of primary job creation and investment in the community. Farmers Markets Downtown Market,Thursdays 3:30 until 6:30 p.m. at 300 E.
