AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, SECTION 2-105
ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISIONS AND DEPARTMENTS; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE; AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas deems it
necessary to amend Chapter 2 of the City of Georgetown Code of Ordinances
entitled "Administration". Section 2-10, "Administrative divisions and
departments";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas, that:
SECTION I.
That the City Council finds that the recitals set forth in the preamble
of this ordinance are true and correct and are adopted herein.
SECTION II.
That the City of Georgetown Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2,
Administration, Section 2-10, Administrative divisions and departments, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2-10. Administrative divisions and departments.
There are hereby established the following administrative divisions and
departments of the City:

Service Center
Airport Fund
Internal Service Fund

SECTION III.
In
provision
the event
sentence or
any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause,
part of this ordinance or the application of same
phrase,
to any
person or
circumstance
shall for any reason be adjudged invalid or
held
unconstitutional,
impair, or
by
invalidate
a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not
the remainder of this ordinance which shall be
affect,
given
full force
and effect.
SECTION IV.
This ordinance shall become effective October 1, 1990 upon adoption by
the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas.
