The following sections of Chapter 6.04 Carnivals, Circuses and other
�'..hibitions of the Georgetown Municipal. Code are to be modified as follows.

"No permit shall be issued until such applicant has agreed in writing to
reimburse the City for expenses related -to the provision. of utilities, public
safety, sanitation, and other City services that are required under this
Ordinance, other City Ordinances,and/or state or federal laws. 'I'he number of
police officers required at the Carnival, Circus, or other Exhibition to be
reimbursed: by the applicant will be determined at the option of the City Manager
or his designee. ,a
section 6. _0(Permit to Operate --- Inspection by HealthOfficers) will read
as follows
,Prior to the issuance of the written permit by the City Manager, Will iamson
County Health District Officers shall make an inspection to determine if
provision has been made for satisfactory sanitary facilities on or near the
premises on which the structure is maintained or is to be maintained (prior code

Section 6.04.130 (Proximity to Private Residence) will read as follows,
