WHFREAS, May Fair will be heldin the downtown square and immediately
adjacent areas of Georgetown, Texas, on Saturday, May 4, 1991 and Sunday, May 05,
1991; and.,
WIDUMS, the City Council of the Cite of Georgetown, texas, finds it
necessary and proper and in the best interests cif the citizens of eor ge town to
prohibit the possession or use of glass bottles in the downtown square and
IM ediately adjacent areas during May Pair; and,

The City Council of the City of Georgetown, 7exa.s, hereby finds the recitals set
forth above to be true and correct and are incorporated 'by referen.ce herei
Any person violating anyro inion of this Ordinance shall he deemed guilty of
a ma.sdemeanor, and .Fon conviction thereof, shall he punished by a fine of not
more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
