The facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this ordinance are hereby found and declared to be true and correct, and are incorporated by reference herein and expressly made a part hereof, as if copied verbatim. The City Council hereby finds that this ordinance implements the following policies of the Georgetown Century Plan, Future band Use and Thoroughfare Plan: Goal 1: Encourage the most desirable and efficient use of land while enhancing the physical environment through functional and compatible land use configurations. Fish Survey, Abstract No. 232, in Williamson County, Texas, part of a 9.20 acre tract conveyed to Clarence Be Stewart in Vol. 689, Pg. 489, Deed Records, and part of a 1.00 acre tract which is described in a Deed of Trust which is recorded in Vol. 314, Pg• 699, Deed of Trust Records of Williamson County, `Pexas. Surveyed on the ground in April of 1985, by W.F.Forest, Registered public :surveyor Nov 101. BEGINNING at an iron pin fcumi in the centar of a 60 foot wide easement and in the Fast lir%A,.of F.M. 23380 a point on a curve having a radius of 5769.56 feet.
