UNIVERSITY AVENUE, DIRECT CITY MANAGER TO 'SASE APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO
AFFECTUATE THE CHANGE IN NAMEo
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS.
That the Street lying within the Corporate limits of the said City which is
State of Texas Highway 29 and which has been and is presently designated as
*1 th Sheet" in said City of Georgetowat said sheet running in an East and West
direction �'znd lying South of and parrallel to "11 th Sheet" and North of and
generally ;parallel to "13th Street" and being the same sheet which has been and
is now known and designated by signs and otherwise as "1th Street" shall here
after be known and designated by signs and otherwise as "University Avenue" and
BE IT FURTHER DRDAINED that the City Manager of the City of Georgetown shall
dry all things necessary and exp ediant to affectuate the aforesaid change in the
name of 12th Street to University Avenue.
DULY APPROVED LM ENACTED this 13th day of September, 1965 at the regul&:r
meeting of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
ARTICLE I
DEFINITIONS
Section 1 #01 Natural or Artificial Barrier®
Natural or artificial barrier means any river, pond, canal, railread, levee,
embankment, fence or hedge.
Section 1*02 Park
Park means mobil home anal/or travel trailer park.
Section 1o03 Person.
Person means any natural individual,, firm, trust, partnership, association,
or corporation.
Section 1.04 Mobil Home or 'Travel Trailer
Moiail`Home or Travel `Trailer means any vehicle or similar portable structure
having no foundation other than wheels, jacks, blocks or skirtings, and so designed
or constructed 'as to permit' occupancy for dwelling or sleeping purposes* Provided,
however, that for purposes of determinging the distances hereinafter specified in
Section 3- 1, subsection B of this chapter, the term Mobil Home and Travel Trailer,
shall include any portable, prefacricated, temporary room, commonly called cabana,
that is attached to such Mobil Home.
