will construct certain sewage transmission and tre'atmerb facilities'

with an estimated total cost of $243,726000 and
E.AS, it is found that the City of Georgetown Texas is unable
to provide the total cost of such improvements; and
ViHEFLE.AS, it is deemed necessary and proper to ap . y for Federal
grant under the Federal "'Vater Pollution Control Act, P4' lie Law 660, 84th
Congress as .Amended in order to have sufficient funds Ir complete these
much needed improvements;
NOW Ti EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED Y THE 1UYOR AND CITY COU14CIL OF T1E
CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEYLAS,
That the I{iayor of the City of Georgetown be and hereby authorized
and directed to male application, in the name of the C1 y of Georgetown, for
a Federal grant under Public Law 660, 84th Congress; tc be applied to the
cost of the construction of said sewage facilztieso 5 e City of Georgetown
hereby agrees that if a`ederal grant for the projectF made pursuant to
the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, the City will
