That for the year, 1960, there shall be levied and coir
lected an advaloren tax of one & 2 /100 { $1.25 dollars, on all
property subject to taxation by said City, ander the constitution
and laws of the State of Texas, as per the lst, day of January, 1960
and at a tax rate of one & 25%100 "�1's25) dollars on each one hundred
(0100.00) dollars in valuation.
That when the said taxes, are collected, the same shall be
applied and paid out as follomrsz
i. To the General Fund, for the support and maintenance of the
goverrnent of the said City 1.07 cents, of each one & 25/100 dollars,
collected*
2s To the Bond Fund, of that series of bonds of the said City,
knom as Street Bonds, 10 cents, of each one & 25,/100,dollars,
collected®
30 To the Bond Fund, of that series of bonds of the said City
k~nor=rn as .Airport Bonds, F3 cents of each one & 25/100 dollars, collected.
The fact that prompt preparation must be made for the assess
ing and collection of takes for the year 1966' creates an emergency reg-
quiring, the rules providing that an ordinance shall be read at three
separate meetings before final passage shall be suspended, and such
rules are here and now suspended and this ordinan e passed, and it is
ordered that it take effect from and after its passages
