INSPECTING, V410 SHALL COLLECT AND PAY THE SAID FEES, FIXING THE PENALTY FOR THE VIO« LATION `OF THE PROVISIONS hMEOF, AND DECLARING .AN EMER- GENCYi BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, Section, 1. That any teVET' RINARIAN", educated, qualified licensed in coxa plia.nce with the laws of the State of Texas, who is practicing the profession of Veterinary Surgeon, shall be and is person: qualified to make the inspections that are contemplated under the provisions of the ordinance that is here berg ammended; and it shall not be lawful for any person, other that one so qualified to make such inspection. This is all to be construed with the ordinance that is being ammended hereby, mentioned in the caption. Section, 2. That when an inspection has been made by a duly qualified inspector, authorized to make same, City of Georgetown shall be entitled to receive. end color legit for his services, fees as follows: For each head of cattle, regardless of class or weight, fifty cents (.50ots.) ; for each hog, regardless of class or weight, thin five cents {.35 cts.) and for each sheep or goat, regardless of class or weigh ,t1 rty five cents {.35 cats.} section, 3.
