AN ORDINANCE OF TTlE CITY OF GEORGETOWN
FIXING THE SAURY OF EACH ALDK>'I SAN THAT IT TO
BE ELECTED AT THE NEXT GENERAL ELECTION IN AND

IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF G ORG TC Ohl, TEXASO
That each alderman, to be elected at said general election,
shall receive a salary of tee. (WoQO) Dollars per month, paid
monthly, during the term for which he is elected.
That the fact that it is necessary to fix the salaries
of the said officers prior to the date of the said election creates
emergency making it necessary that the rules requiring that an
ordinance be read at three separate meetings prior to its passage
be suspended, and that the said rules are hereby suspended, and this
ordinance is at once passed, and that it tape effect from and after
its passage„
