2. Topographical contours should be shown, on the plat. On comparatively
flat terrain contour intervals should be on one foot intervals! On rolling ter"
rain with comparatively steep grades contours may be on two feet of larger
intervals.
3. The boundaries of the tract being subdivided should be shorn on the
plat with sufficient legal information to permit calculation of closure and
acreage,
4a Adjoining existing subdivisions and dedicated streets, if any, should be
shown and tied by dimension to the proposed subdivision.

Three blue -print copies of the proposed subdivision should be submitted to the
City Manager at least one week prior to the meeting of the Council,. These meet

The foregoing suggestions are intended: to indicate the minimum information necessary
for the planning and Zoning Commission to intelligently igently revie r the proposed sub
division and extend a preliminary approval.
FINAL APPROVALa The proposed subdivision shall be established on the ground by
e ailed surrey and the corners of each lot shall be located and identified by iron
