That the 'MaAror of the said City, that is to be elected at the next;
general elect -ion, held in and for the said City, shall be paid a salery of
Ferry ($40.00) Dollars per month, paid monthly; duringthe tier m J'or i hich lie

That each alderman, to be `elected at said freneral election, shall

That; the fact that it is necessary to fix the sa.leries of the said

necessary that the rules requiring that an ordinance be read at three separate
