HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 02.19.1951 - Compensation AN ORDINANCE OF TIM CITY OF GE0'R C ETOYIN ADJUSTIN THE COMPENSATION THAT SHALL HEREAFTER BE PAID TO THE CITY RECORDER AND TO THE CITY CLERK, IN RCF}fR� ENCES TO SEWICES PERFORMED BY THEM IN CASES TRIED IN TBE CORPORATION COURT OF THE SAID CITYa AND Dui^ CLARING AN EMERGENCY, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE SAID CITY: That in all cases hereafter tried in the Corporation Court of this City, there shall be assessed and collected all court costs that is now provided by law in such cases; and that when such court costs; are assessed and collected the same shall be paid into the ;City treasury, as now pro- vided by law* That all officers of the Corporation Court of this City shall be paid for their services as now provided by law, save and except the City Clerk or City Secretary and the City Recorder, whose compensation shall hereafter be as follows 42 That the City Clerk shall receive a salary of twentyawfive dollars per month, payable monthly, which salary shall be full compen- sation for all services of every character required of him* That the City Recorder shall receive the sum of two & 50/100 Mf.ars, in each and every t in the Corporation Court, courtthe • provided • been assessed and collected and paid in the City Treasury, ti that the said sums so a: • by to the City Recorder•c full compensation for perI That the fact that there should be made the adjustments in the creates an emergency,i ordinance once passed ordered that the rules requiring ordinances to be read at their separate meetings before final passage be suspended; and that said rules here and now suspended and this ordinance is finally passed, and it is ordered a - • • •sBMW Passed and approved this the 16th day of July A.D. 1951* Attest: z W5;t :• g
