AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOYN, TEK43, LEVYING
AD VALORMI TAXESFOR THE YEAR 1951, AND DIRECTING THE
COLLECTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF SAID T_&XBSs AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY*
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGE'TOIMs
That for the year, 1951, there shall be levied and collected
an t 1 one r w:($1,25) dollars, on a a -
subject to taxation by said City, under the constitution and laws; of;

tax rate of one & 25/100 ($1.25) dollars on each one hundred $100#00)
dollars in valuation*

That w'r1en the said taxesl are collected the same shall be applied
and paid # as follows:
1. To the General Fund for the support and maintenance of the
government of the said City 100 cents of each one & 25%100
dollars collected.
2. To the Bond Fund, of that series of bonds of the said City
Imown as Paving Bonds, 7 cents of each one & 25%100 dollars
collected.
3. To the Bond Fund, of that series of bonds of the said City,
known as Street Bonds, 10 cents, of each one & 25/100
dollars collected.
4. To the Bond Fund, of that series of bonds of the said City
Imown as Airport Bonds, 8 cents of each one & 25/100

the rules providing that an ordinance shall be read at x #.
