RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN EXTENSION OF THE
AGREEMENT WITH JPMORGAN CHASE BANK AS THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS DEPOSITORY FOR ONE YEAR ENDING AUGUST 31,
2009.
WHEREAS, The City of Georgetown Texas, has an option to extend the existing depository
agreement; and
WHEREAS, the services previously received by the City of Georgetown, Texas from
JPMorgan Chase Bank have been satisfactory; and
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown, Texas, desires to extend the depository agreement for
a one year period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY- OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Secretary to attest
thereto an agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank to serve as the City of Georgetown, Texas,
( Depository after its approval by the City Manager and City Attorney.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
