The Animal Shelter Advisory Board will meet on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at 06:00 PM in the Georgetown
Animal Shelter, located at 110 W.L. Walden Drive, Georgetown, Texas.

Animal Shelter Advisory Board meetings are held monthly unless otherwise noted.

2. Approval of minutes from April advisory board meeting - L Hobgood-Oster
3. Discussion and possible action on board input to finance about the budget - J Carey
4. Presentation about Animal Services including statistical and analytical report for April 2011 – J
Carey
5. Discussion and possible action on review of ordinance related to mandatory spay/neuter on second
impound - J Carey
6. Discussion and possible action on public communicate and education on the shelter’s achievement
of no-kill status in February and April 2011 – Mike Simpson
7. Discussion and possible action on modeling the capacity utilization of the shelter’s resources for
budget planning and public communication – Mike Simpson
8 Discussion and possible action on methods that may be employed to communicate statistical and
other animal welfare related information to the community and what information should be included in
any projects to accomplish this goal – Mike Simpson
