The City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met in Workshop Session on the above date
with Mayor Leo Wood presiding.

Regular Session --Called to order at 6:35 p.m.
Review of Subdivision Regulations and Proposed Changes
Voltz reviewed the recommendations of the Subdivision Regulations Review Committee.
Citizen Comments
Max Allen of 1805 Eubank requested more review by the committee.
Consensus of Opinion:
Council agreed to:
1) allow the City Manager/staff to recommend streamlining the modifications
to the ordinance;
2) do a two-year sunset review; and
3) review affordable housing on a "case-by-case" basis.
