TUESDAY, AUGUST 30, 1994
The City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met in SPECIAL SESSION on the above
date with Mayor Leo Wood presiding.

Mayor Wood acknowledged that each Councilmember present had been given a copy of the
revised agreement with Chisholm Trail Special Utility District. Wood recognized Bob Wagoner,
Vice President for Development of Del Webb Corporation; Kerry Russell of the law firm of
Lloyd, Gosselink, Fowler, Blevins, & Mathews, and Chamber of Commerce Executive Director
Karen Stearns.
Wood asked if Council had any questions or comments.
Motion by McMaster, second by Tonn to authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement between the
City of Georgetown, Chisholm Trail Special Utility District, and Del Webb Corporation.
Approved 5-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 a.m.
