There were no citizens who wished to address Council at this time. 920583 Mayt r and staff comments and reports 0 report on BRA Customer Advisory Board Meeting Hart reported that the BRA Customer Service Advisory Board will continue to meet to work on a contract/settlement with the Texas Water Commission and will be a group similar to the Association of Wholesale Customers of the LCRA. Approved 6-0. 920585 Ordinance No. 92-34 rezoning Lot 1, Unit 1, of Serenada Country Estates, from C2 -A Commercial, First Height/Conditional to C2 -A Commercial, First Height/Unconditional; Second Reading e2affy n Frog N1er4& Hildy Kingma Motion by Bonner, second by Tonn to approve Ordinance 92-34 and follow the Planning & Zoning recommendation to deny the requested rezoning and approve the C-1 zoning with a DDP requirement. Approved 6-0. Minutes of City Council Meeting December 22, 1992 Page 2 of 3 Pages 920586 Ordinance No. 92-35 amendmig the 1992-93 Annual Operatmig Plan Element (budget) to increase the Stormwater Drainage Fund budget by $30,000 with a transfer from prior year fund balance to the current year for payment of outstanding invoices; Second Reading/Susan Morgan Motion by Tonn, second by Curl to approve Ordinance Into. 92-35 on second reading. Approved 6-0. Voltz asked about a memorial to Donnie Johnson. Hart said that the Fire Department had requested a memorial walkway in Founders' Park. He will get the suggestion to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board for their input. Tonn reported on the activities of the Citizens for A Progressive Georgetown, the special tax committee that he was asked to chair by the Mayor. He asked the Council for suggested speakers at their next meeting. Voltz wished the Council happy holidays. Mayor Wood wished everyone happy and safe holidays and thanked Brad Stratton for his help with the boards and commission appointments.
