The City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met in a Workshop Session on the above
date with Mayor Bill Connor presiding.

Workshop Session - Call to Order 5:00 p.m.
City Manager Bob Hart gave a detailed overview of the transmittal letter contained in the
proposed FY'92 budget. He answered questions regarding the new separate utility funds and
proposed utility rates.
No action was taken.
Mayor Connor adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
